The best is always reserved for those who walk with God.
… A sage once told me, “Remember, the best is always reserved for those who walk with God.” You want to have the best and be the best in the end? Then walk with the Divine. Yes, cultivate a walk, a relationship, a man-to-man fellowship with God Most High. He is not far from you, and it is not something that cannot be done. He is nearer than you think or can imagine. Call on Him today and begin the walk. Cultivate the garden in love and obedience, and you won’t get kicked out of the garden as was the first humans.
God is not some kind of despot who uses and dumps people as some would wrongly think or circumstances would sometimes make us want to believe. He is caring, loving, and sweet. Yes, God is sweet. He talks, jokes (but,He is not a joker. He may crack your ribs sometimes with His GSOH but doesn’t joke with His words, promises or covenants. Yes, God laughs and can make you laugh too. Surprised to hear this? Then see Psalms 2:4; 37:13 and 59:8) and communicates freely and expressly as friends do with each other. That’s why He is a friend too. I do hear Him a lot and do talk back with Him.
God is a person and has emotions too just like you and me. Why wouldn’t He have? After all, He made us (humans) in His image and likeness. He however, doesn’t throw temper tantrums as humans will sometimes do. Ha! Ha! If you will know Him intimately [which He so much desires and longs for, with us humans- one of His best creation and highest technology], then you also must walk in the garden, and cultivate the garden. Do not give room to any intruder or the serpent to enter your God-given garden as it happened with the first man and woman, Mr and Mrs Adam and Eve. You my friend must take the foxes, the little foxes that spoil the vine because your vine has tender grapes (SSol 2:15). Like I had earlier said, cultivate and walk in this garden in love and obedience, and everything will work out well and great. In the end, you will be the best at whatever you do. Blessings, as always. Excel!
